Eight machines, six processes, six category leaders — under one roof in Klecany. Manufacturing is run by Improtech specialists as a cooperation: programming, operation, material and quality control. You supply the model, we supply the part — from a single piece, right away.

02Sheet-metal processingFrom flat sheet to a series-quality part: sharp bends, forms and threads pressed straight into the sheet on a fully digital TRUMPF line.
03Precision CNC machiningNine controlled axes on the Mazak INTEGREX — turning, milling, drilling and threading in one clamping. Tolerances don't add up.
04Robotic laser weldingFibre laser on a robotic arm: minimal heat distortion, precise path, laser cleaning before and after the weld.
05SLS 3D printing and finishingSelective laser sintering of PA12 in production quality — geometries injection moulding can't do. DyeMansion finish, part the next day.
06Design & engineeringWe design what we build. CAD/CAM and robot simulation go straight to the floor.
